Waiting outside Mcdonald

Yesterday (15/02/2020)at about 20h00.i had just knocked off at work and headed to get a quick supper at McDonald's in pinetown. When arrived by the drive thru section, i noticed there were only 4vehicles in front. I joined the line which was moving very slowly. When i got to the intercom, it was not working. I spent 45minutes before i could place my order and waited 15minutes for them to make my order. This is not what i expected when i went to a fast food restaurant. After a long day at work and still be caught up in a que for food. I really did not like the service i got.
