Waiting for more than 10 min for fries

Waited 5 min in drive through line to order and a almost 10 more min for them to bring me the 2 packets of fries to parking area If I stayed in line U would have slowed down the other people. The fries was not fresh (oily) when I eventually got them!!! I am taking it back!
