Waiting for McDonalds fast food for 50 min.

Time to test the newly revamped McDonald's Potchefstroom on 27 July 2018. Went early (to avoid the rush...) at 17h30. Placed my order inside and paid. From that moment until I received my food was 50 minutes. It wouldn't have helped to complain to the workers. It is clear that they were completely overwhelmed and under trained. It was further clear that no supervision was there to take control of the situation. Without training and without supervision (management) this McDonalds will fail (In those 50 minutes 2 families cancelled their orders). Please take note that our familiy will not visit McDonalds in Potchefstroom again.
