Waiting for an hour for our food

We stopped at McDonald's Woodmead for a QUICK bite. Little did we know it would take an hour to get our food. The person next to my husband who stood for an hour in the queue, was waiting for an hour for 2 ice-creams. People who came after us got their food before us. The service was extremely bad for a fast food restaurant. Very disappointing.
