Waiting 50 min for chips!

After visiting Mc Donalds in Merriman street Stellenbosch last night I will never buy anything from them ever again. Not only did we wait 50 minutes for two medium chips, the staff treated us like we were their friends and laughing at us after we asked what was going on and if we could receive a refunds. Some staff were leaving the shop when it got too busy. There was no manager in sight even after I requested to talk to one. I was told I can laugh all I want it won't help. I advise nobody to ever go to this establishment as I lost my respect for them last night and so did a lot of uber eats drivers and valued customers
