Waited way too long

I went to Mcdonalds (Beach Road) Port Elizabeth. I ordered my food after being in the queue for almost 30 minutes. i paid by die second window and everything was still okay. I got to the 3rd window, go my order but was told i had to wait for my apple pie, which I didn't mind to do so. i parked my car only to realize 10 min has passed and still no apple pie. i had to go in to get it and remind them about me waiting for my apple pie. so i got home and my food was cold.. so disappointed because i love Mcdonalds …. McDonalds the only fast food i prefer and now this...
