Waited long for cold food

I had a very unpleasant service at t MacDonalds Cresta Mall.

The cashier assisting was very nice even recommended a meal. I ordered then went to the bathroom to allow time for the food to be prepared.

Upon my return ,it was still not ready however i noticed everyone who was ordering after me had their meal but i just brushed it to the side i waited until a couple came in placed their order and got it within 3 minutes ' That was quick' the male said and i said yeah that was amazingly quick i have been standing here for long. The cashier that helped me asked about my order i think the manager or supervisor dashed to the back and threw the burger together. I got to the office and my chips were cold and really mcD's chips are disgusting when cold. The supervisor/manager or any of the stuff never thought to apologize for making me wait that long .

Some basic customer service training is due in this branch.
