Waited 3 hours for an order, only to be told there are no drivers.

I ordered a meal from mcdonalds online at about 10:46 am. They said the order would arrive at approx 11:50 am. At 12:50 not only had the order not arrived but was not even being prepared yet according to the tracking number. Frustrated i called the call centre at about 1:30 pm (wasting my airtime) to find out what the hell was going on. They called me back at about 2 pm only to inform me that there are no drivers and if i still wanted the order, i would have to have to wait a bit longer. Pathetic.

Burger King just gained a customer. Well done, Mcdonald's.
