Wack customer service

We went to the drive through at Mc Donald's at Diepkloof Square the service is so poor we got there around 8pm but only got done at 9pm, they had problem with the scanner on the app, but they have no sense of urgency they were so rude and just didn't care how long it took, a drive through us supposed to be quick their service is wack plus the staff attitude
