Vouchers ****!!!

I'm so disappointed with Macdonald's RSA last in October I won 8 vouchers each R500.00 I have been struggling to use the vouchers when I send emails to them they refer me to endless holidays and when you contact endless holidays also there's no response on emails and their phone number just keeps on voice machine telling you your call will be answered for over 15min last time I held on the phone for 20min until I hanged up. I sent another email to Macdonald nothing I got response I need to contact endless holiday it's been a year trying to use these vouchers and I'm now convinced this whole was just a ****!!! I'm very disappointed that they would pull such **** on us. Next thing they will tell me vouchers have expired when they never had intention of fulfilling them.
