Violent incompetence staff

I arrived at the Mc Donald's in Boksburg at around 22:30, it's a 24hour service as they advertise. I ordered a snack box meal. We proceeded through the drive through finished payed and they directed us to the parking saying that someone will bring our order to us. We went to the garage around the corner to get coldrink. When we came back the security told us that he brought the order ,but he will go fetch it again. When he brought the order we started in just there in the parking but noticed that their was no Mc bites. We informed the security gaurd who brought our food to us about the missing Mc bites,He informed the staff and requested a slip. The lady who packed the order came yelling claiming she packed it but there was no mac bites. The employee was very rude and left
