Very Very Poor Bad Service

I loved Mc Donald's but this town square branch just changed my mind we ordered food at 12:57 we phoned 3 times and I have recorded calls to proof it they arrived just after 3clock when I phoned the ***I spoke to Jozi and when I finally told him if my order get here I'm going to take it and I will not pay after waiting for almost 3hours he told me 'this is not De*****s Priza where if it is late is for free I mean I'm still hungry and they want me to eat cold food for an international franchise that is just bad I think I'm going to try Deborneers Priza next time where if it is late its free.
