Very very bad Service. No star rating

Mc donalds Krugersdorp is the worse place has the worst manager. This morning we bought breakfast and my bank card declined twice I than paid cash. Went home found the money went off twice from my bank account. This is totally unacceptable 😤 for a manager to tell me to email customer service and wait 4 working days. It's took a transaction 2 minutes but I have to wait 4 days. This is my bread and petrol money. What must I do now? Waisted my petrol money and a total of R600 taken taken from my account.what a waste of my time and the stress it comes with. This is called *****ing cause no where does it say I'll take your money give it back after 4 working days. I asked the manager show me where in your T&C does it show I must wait for my money and the brunch can't refund me. She turned around and ignored me! Rude! And this is the manger you employed no people skills. Is she even qualified for this! It seems normal to this type of complaints cause she turned around so fast to get rid of me.
