Very unhappy!!!! McDonalds Nelspruit

<p><br />To whom it may concern,</p> <p>I would hereby like to lay an official complaint about the Shift Manager<br /> ( Somkhensa ).</p> <p>I ordered a Jalapeno chicken burger. It had hardly any sauce on it. A drop maybe...</p> <p>When I complained to Somkhensa about it he blatantly said : "That is enough sauce"... and that is how we do it... he did not even have the decency to look me in the eye while he was being so rude. </p> <p>I didnt enjoy my food at all. <br />I really hope to get a speedy response from you in this regard.</p> <p>This is no way to treat any customer! The way he spoke to me in front of the other customers made me feel humiliated!!!</p> <p>I was under the impression that a manager is someone that deals with customer complaints in an orderly manner, putting the customers mind at ease and actually listening to what the customer has to say.... </p>
