Very Unhappy

It's very frustrating to live near to this McDonald's and I'm never satisfied. Over the past few weeks I've gone to McDonald's or sent relative to get lunch or supper but McDonald's Vanguard always don't have something. THEY DON'T HAVE... out of ice cream or out of toys. My son got 5 of the exact same toys after each other. Or thy out of the free cups. Today again we went to get the meals which included a free cup with each big meal but of course they were out of cups. They lady that took our order apparently didn't know what we were talking about when we tried asking if they had cups in stocks. After we ordered and drove to the next window to pay that lady mentioned they were out of stock and she apologized.

The thing that's making me upset is my kids wanted the cups and the reason I asked before I ordered was because I would have gone to another McDonald's had I know they didn't have. They other thing is when I got home I noticed 1 of the big meal drinks was the wrong size.

This is unacceptable.
