Very terrible service at McDonald's Vall Mall

I went to McDonald's Vaal Mall for the first time and the service was terrible. Rude cashier and attendants, our order took 30 minutes . After 15 minutes after placing my order, I was told that my order will be ready when it is ready. After 25 minutes of placing my order, when I went and asked why it is taking so long, why wasnt answered and had to wait until the cashier put my food on the counter and walked away. I will NOT be going there again.
