VERY SLOW SERVICE AT Mcdonalds

Customer complaint Middelburg mall. I waited 30 minutes to get my food. Only 1 till open. People turned around and left and that with only 4 people in front if them but they took soooo long and did not even apologise. And I asked for NO ICE AND I GOT ICE!!! I could only see 5 staff members and they where running around and did not look like they knew what was going on. Every now and then 2 staff members looked inside the bags to see what was inside and then they runned around getting other stuff. People told them they are going to Burger King that is opposite Mcdonalds. I will NEVER go there again.
