Very salty and peppery burger

Yesterday I bought a burger at McDonald's in Bedfordview as I was enjoying it I came across a bunch of salt and pepper on the one side of my burger that caused a sudden burn in my mouth. I took a photo of the the side of a burger that had lots of salt and pepper because it was visible and the proof of purchase and sent it to their complaints email address, I could not return the burger because I was driving. No one responded to my email till today, I'm really disappointed that McDonald's can make such a careless mistake.
