very rude

I went to Macdonald an hour ago and bought 2 kiddies meal and 2 Sundae ice cream. I was told by the manager on duty which I did not get the name that the ice cream machine is blocked but will be fixed in the next 3 minutes and I should wait, which I did not mind waiting 3 minutes. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes and the manager did not bother to apologise for the wait. Finally when they fixed the machine n gave me my order without apologising I asked that manager on duty I asked if I will be compensated for my long wait as well as my kids food but that manager answered me in a rude way and I ended up being upset n telling the guy where to get off. I am a regular customer at that Macdonald but I've never received such bad attitude ever especially for someone who is managing in that store.
