Very poor service useless

We are so disgusted by McDonald's jackel creek in South Africa There board's show open 24 hours i went in before 7:00 in the morning and i was told they are closed and can not serve me a take away coffee i am not the only person this has happend to. My husband went to buy food people from bwhind him was called and served at the counter before him he eventually gets to the counter and was told to use the machine to order he explained that it os not working and was refused service.
