Very Poor Service at McDonald's Polokwane

I live in South Africa, in Polokwane to be specific and ordered 2 McFlurries from the McDonald's closest to me which is the one in Polokwane CBD. The branch calls me after a significant amount of time and explains that they can't process a refund and had experienced a delivery s****** breakdown. They proceed to have micro conversations whilst Adressing my issue blatantly ignoring my concern and proceed to ask me if I can fetch the order myself. I explain that I have isolated and cannot do that... The cashier and manager decide to have a full on fight over the phone while telling me to hold on and after about 2 minutes hang up the phone with no explanation whatsoever. I'm so disappointed in this service as I know McDonald's prides itself on good customer service.
