Very poor service and attitude.

Very unhappy about a behavior and a manner in which calls are attended to when i needed help. I always go to this McDonalds for my breakfast. This time i stood for a very long time with no one responding to a speaker while other cars are attended to at another line. After ordering the usual SA Breakfast & Hot chocolate...proceeded to pay point the lady confirmed my order incorrectly...then i confirmed to her that i ordered SA Breakfast & Hot Chocolate. Then we proceeded with payments and game me a receipt. Only when i got to collection window is see that they printed Short Cappuccino on my receipt. I told a lady at collections that this is not what i ordered even after confirming twice. They changed Cappuccino to a bad tasty Hot Chocolate....But SA Breakfast come without salt sachets that we get everytime. I had to waste my business time and part to call in while no one was taking my calls. Only when someone answered i asked who am i talking to...instead he insisted wanting to know who am i? That business communication was so bad that i decided to give them their food and left.
