Very poor service

The Blackheath store has non existant service. They also got the order completely wrong. When I eventually got the attention of one of the staff asking why the order was taking so long first thing in the morning (almost empty store), the lady looked very confused and had to try and find out. She then brought my oder which was wrong so had to get sent back again. Not one apology or explanation. No one cared one bit. Disgusting service. Burger King from now on.
