VERY POOR SERVICE

Management at this particular restaurant need to look in to the poor service their employees are giving out.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday and placed an order for two McFlurry's. It took them close to 30minutes to make my order, which I find to be ridiculous. The shop wasn't even full where I would have understood that maybe they are busy.

There was only one lady working at the tills, same lady who would later go to the kitchen to attend to other orders. There was no one to assist at the door with the machines to place an order.

I am dis-satisfied by the poor service at McDonalds in Mdantsane City Shopping Complex
