Very poor service

Coming home from City Hospital Durban tonight we stopped at McDonald's Berea drive-thru to buy supper as it was too late to prepare a meal at home. Upon opening the bag at home we realised that one of the burgers ordered and paid for was not there. This is terribly frustrating, especially after a long day at work. The overall experience at the shop was very poor as half of the menu is before you get to the drive-thru order window so u either have to remember everything on that menu or go back to check it, which cannot be done if there's a car behind you. Then the staff at the pickup window were more interested in talking to each instead of paying attention to the customers orders resulting in them not packing my entire order. I personally don't like McDonald's, but go there because my wife likes it. Needless to say, this was the last time we go there....
