Very poor service

I got to McDonald's middleburg at 16:15, and only got served at 16:30 Due to: No staff on the cashier's desk Ice Cream was made half heartedly, just ice cream and crushed Oreos over, no sauce, no mixing, tasted like a **** Mcflurry Kitchen looked very dirty from the counters desk Very poor service Definitely not used to receiving such service from other McDonald's Please sort this out as you will be losing customers if the staff stays this way
