Very Poor Service

On Saturday last week I ordered two happy meals for my kids and a burger meal for myself. The order took over an hour and a half, the burgers where cold and to add to that there where NO juices and NO toys. I also asked for a card machine which the driver didn't have. I called the call centre and after waiting for 15 mins was cut off. I would now like to see how long this matter takes to be resolved and for them to contact me.
