Very poor customer service

McDonald Craighall are poor at customer service. My family and I were at McDonalds Craighall on Saturday afternoon. We ordered at the self service booth however we could not pay so we had to at the counter. The ladies there ignored us up until we decided to leave. Very poor service. Something must be done to better their customer interaction skills.
