Very long waiting time and ticket cleared off screen

Very long waiting time at Mc Donalds Broadway,' The order is placed, paid for and receipt handed back to me. . . . .all good My order number displays for a brief moment on the Preparing side of the screen, then disappears of the screen altogether . . . . 15 + minutes later, I get my daughters Mc Chicken Happy meal.

When I asked why the number as well as that of a lot of other patrons were cleared of the screen (fully knowing that this is for their data to show that clients are served timeously) while clients stand and wait in store, the lady behind the counter smiled and first told me that she didnt know, when I asked further, she advised that the manager told them to do so, to clear the numbers quickly, the Supervisor when probed further also advised that the manager told them to do that and low and behold she/he was not in store to advise further.

15+ minutes for a chicken burger happy meal, that is ridiculous, and it appears that there are a few others doing the same thing, not sure if its the same owner
