Very innovative and well trained, helpful assistant

Often when we write a compliment, companies do not bother to respond or to appreciate the compliment. So I'm very reluctant to send compliments because they just don't bother or they don't even pass the compliment on to the staff member. However, I hope that this review will reach the right people and that they will pass it on to the staff member mentioned. I went to McDonalds in Galleria and was assisted by a lovely lady, Lungile. They have a new system of ordering items and paying at a kiosk. She helped me willingly, was very friendly and also helped others at the same time. She explained everything very patiently to me. And when I had collected my order, and was leaving, she still asked me if the experience was good and if I was happy. Well I must compliment her for her attitude and I must compliment McDonalds for installing this system. It's quick, easy to use and does not need any personal interaction with staff. I must mention though, that the ad says that the happy meal comes with a free coke. However, they charged for it. I had no choice but to pay for it. Worse was that although I paid extra for the coke, they save me coke zero, which no one in my family drinks. So I threw it away. Maybe this needs to be corrected on the site when we are ordering at the kiosk. Please pass my compliments to Lungile
