Very disappointed in the bad service received

I am very disappointed in Mcdonalds Kuils River service. I buy every weekend Mcdonalds at Kuils River and during the week atleast twice for my children meals. I just went to Mcdonalds we went to the drive thru we ordered 2 grilled fold overs and a kiddies meal. When we want to collect the lady that assisted me gave us the cooldrinks the juice for my son and the toy we chose .She told us she will bring the rest of the food to us. She just brought us the 2 fold overs and when I asked her wherw is the kiddies meal she told me she gave it to us. I was so furious because she made me a ****. She went to her manager on duty and told her she gave me the meal I told her she could search my car I have no kiddies meal I had to explain myself the whole time. I refuse to leave as i had paid for my meals and now I cant have it. Kuils River is the worse Mcdonalds I ever ate at. As 2 years I had a complaint about a burger that was old and the manager that called me and made it my problem. I don't want any free food or anything from Mcdonalds I just needed to complain about the horrible service I had gotten. <br> I am really upset that I was treated the way I was almost like I want an extra meal.
