VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED

Very very disappointed in my favorite take aways... We went to McDonald's in Vanderbijlpark like we always do, standing in line waiting to order. We came to that speaker and start to order the lady stopped us halfway into ordering and said we must go to the window they will finish taking the order there. We waited very long, longer that we normally do but anyway we got to the window finished up with ordering, paid got the slip, went to the next window to pick up... Firstly the rang the Mc Royal wrong the rang it as the Quarter pounder something, second of all the were so confused they gave us the first bag with food and i saw ok it has 2 burgers, chips (in wrong packaging) and chicken nuggets in... They gave the second bag with only the Mc Royal and chips that was correct. Then they gave us 3 drinks which was correct... Then they asked we must return the food they want to check something we returned the bags with the correct food... We ordered kiddies meals x2 that we did not receive... We went back and asked for that and they gave us the kiddies meals... So why am i so disappointed... McDonald's WAS my favorite take away when we eat take aways it is always McDonald's... But first the whole order was messed up the people working that day did not really look like they know what is what... Secondly with all the delays during ordering and returning and waiting and and and by the time we got home the food was cold... And lastly what i am most disappointed about is the Mc Royal and the chips... The chips did not seem to have any salt and taste. The burger was so tasteless it actually made me nauseas while eating i couldn't finish eating it was disturbing... I bought the Mc royal since it was still the quarter pounder delux but never in my life was i so disappointed it did not even have all the ingredients on the burger... I think McDonald's will not see me very soon again...
