Very disappointed and disgusted.

I placed an order last week and just ordered a burger and a apple and blueberry pie with ice cream. Needless to say, i only received a squashed burger and a cold apple pie,,,mind you I paid for the full dessert of apple pie with ice cream. Food was cold and not good at all. I placed the order at 13h20pm and only received it at 14h50 no apologies. nothing. The courier was more apologetic for being late as I finished at 3. This is a new store that opened just recently and already they messing up the reputation. Fire the staff and get competent people that actually realizes that food is an integral part in our daily lives and it should be prepared with love and also stick to the hygiene. UBER EATS refunded my money but the bad service will continue if we all just kept quiet. There are so many people out there desperate for a job and that will cherish it.
