Very bad service from supervisor to cashier

Hope you gonna attend and give me feedback. I went to McD in Secunda today morning. They messed my order, and fail to do the order i asked to i had to take my money to another business and buy. The lady and the guy cashier they argue me to add the different as it was not my fault the guy did not cappacino he added soda in happy meal and punch capsy juice on a side should i did not check my slip at the pay point i would have taken the wrong order for 30min no1 manage to fix or give me the cappacino i had to ask for my money as it was late to me to drop kids at school and for me to go to work. 4 staff workers from McD gang up against me to pay cappacino. Was i suppose to swipe and pay more bank charges on their mistake?
