Very bad service

Very bad attitude from the hostess from McDonald's Westgate mall ..she was very rude while I was explaining to her I ordered food at15:27and it's now 15h 55 and I haven't received my order she said I shud just wait the order will come ...I said but u calling orders that came after my order number I was order3370 and she was already calling 3375 and I asked again when I's my order she just looked and me and kept quiet her name is mtase as they say coz I asked the shift manager wht was the lady's name coz I ddnt see her name tag...resturant number #***
