Very bad service at MC Donald’s westgate mall Mitchell’s plain

Disgusting behaviour from macdonalds I’m honestly disgusted with the service I received at McDonald’s. I redeemed my points for chicken nuggets and never received them. I thought it might have been a once-off mistake, but the following week my points were returned and I tried to redeem the reward again — and once again I did not receive the chicken nuggets. What makes this even worse is that I went back to the store multiple times to try and sort this out and not a single person assisted me. I was ignored and no one seemed willing to help or even explain what happened. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Redeeming rewards should not be this difficult, and the complete lack of customer service is honestly shocking. Disgusting behaviour and terrible service. I definitely won’t be trusting this place with my time or points again.
