Very bad service at Mc Donalds Rietfontein rd

I have a lot of patience, and therefore have not complained about the service at Mc Donalds on Rietfontein rd, Boksburg before. They often take the orders down incorrectly, after which you obviously receive the wrong order. <br> <br> This has happened about three times during the past month. Twice during this same time period, they didn't have coffee. More than once, the ****ens are burnt. Twice, they didn't have milk, and this morning, they took our order down incorrectly, PLUS they didn't have hashbrowns.<br> <br> Now I think it is time to get really irritated with the bad service at Mc Donalds, Rietfontein rd, Boksburg.Is it at all possible to maybe appoint a manager there? Please? <br> Or if there is one, maybe it is time for a change.<br> Or, maybe it is just the franchise.<br> <br> Either way, I do not believe that the customer is always right, but come on, really, just doing what you are supposed to do, or have, can't be that difficult... or is it? <br> <br> If it is, then I strongly suggest that the big people of Mc Donalds re-think this service approach.Maybe the people just need training. <br> <br> I have given a few options now, may I please ask that someone from Mc Donalds decide how they are going to fix this?<br> <br> Tnx
