Very bad service and unhealthy

I went through a drive through at Westgate Mall Mitchells plain bought my meals when I got home I found a long hair in my burger so disgusted food not supposed to worked with caps and gloves? What must I do to take things further the manage Mogamat was not very helpful and also not customer orientated so unprofessional
