Very bad service

I was so so disappointed after I visited Mc Donald’s Nkomo Village yesterday in the evening. Took a walk to buy ice cream , when I got there I was told there was no ice cream whereas the last customer who came out when we got there was holding an ice cream. I was assisted by a very rude lady I just could not get her name. When I asked where that customer got the ice cream from, I was told they had put the ice cream aside for her. I then asked the lady how was that possible because ice cream melts, she told me they put it in the fridge for her. I could feel I was being **** to, the lady did not want to sell the ice cream to us. Never in my life had I experienced a good service at Nkomo Village.
