VERY BAD SERVICE

the cold drink machines at Mcdonalds carlton centre were faulty which is thier problem and not that of the customers therefore they didnt wanna substitute colddrinks with other drinks they had but instead they expected us to pay an extra amount to the original price so that we can get another drink, <br> the manager was useless cos he couldnt come up with a solution but kept telling me about the broken machine and that they are waiting for the technician..<br> i didnt understand why we had to pay extra for their problem which they had to sort out and by so doing they have lost a great customer and im gonna tell my friends and family and everyone i know about this bad service.
