Very bad service

<p>Today is the second time this happened at the same McDonalds, I ordered Nuggets on the McDelivery website and choose Sweet and Sour sauce as I do not like BBQ and I am allergic to Jalapenos, and after waiting around 40min for my order, which I do not mind, I open the bag to find that I do not have sweet and sour as ordered, They replaced the sauce with Jalapeno sauce, the first time this happened, 31 May 2016, order no 20089, I sent the food back with the driver, the store manager phoned me later and said they did not have stock of the sauce so they gave me Jalapeno, and today, 21 June 2016, order no 21147, it happened again, this time I opened the bag too late to send it back with the driver,I phoned McDelivery and they confirmed the store will send me the correct store, after 1Hour, i phoned them again, they had me talk to the manager, he confirmed that they do not have stock of the sauce, I told him I want a refund and he can send the driver to collect their food as I do not want it, I feel why do they not phone me and ask what to do if they do not have stock, instead they decide for me, I feel very disgusted in this branch as I have been fooled twice.</p> <p>This will be the last time I buy from this store if they do not change their ways.</p>
