Very bad service

This was the worst and most poorest service I ever experienced in my whole life. Having ti wait more than an hour just for 3 meals,when we ask we are deliberately being ignored. They took our slips so that we didn't have to request for refunds. The only people taken serious are the drive through customers,the rest are just useless. I mean who waits for an hour for food? Like you are cooking a home meal. The workers and the manager there are so rude and ignorent. Didn't give a damn about the complaining customers,just carried on with serving the drive through people and we were looking like fools. Such an inconvenience. This was the 31st of August 2018, friday evening just after 6pm
