very bad service.

Their service and punctuality is bad, i have been trying to make an order since 12:00PM, via mcDelivery, their first response was that they are are too busy and i should try in an hour's time, i did exactly that , when i called again they said they are still busy, i then explained that ive been waiting over an hour, the mcdelivery then contacted the store and their excuse was that they were not aware that they were on "busy" mode. Fine i made an order regardless, an hour and a half later my food is still not here, i call again and apparently they've set an advanced order to 2 hours later from the time i ordered me without my permission, i again ask them to send the food immediately as it was not an advanced order and 20min later i get my meal with the wrong flavour soda and no straw!!! and its not even the first or secondtime that i encounter problems with the store.
