VERY BAD SERVICE

Went through the drive thru o buy my son a Happy meal, waited in the queue for 10 - 1 minutes. When i finally placed my order, the attendant said they can't take my zar note because it was torn at the top corner which i didn't notice it to be so bad. Frans then called his manager without giving me the opportunity to ask him why he was refusing the note. When the manager arrived, he just looked at me and Frans said something to him in their language and all i was told by the manager that he can't accept my money because it is accepted in 'the machine'. i humbly drove off to the second nearest Mcdonald's in cbd which was another 0 minutes of drive to Grobler street Polokwane cbd. I ordered the very same thing and the same notes were accepted at that store. Your staff are too complacent and forget the value of customer service. I had even asked the manager if i can walk in the store if they don't accept it at the drive thru but he still refused. i have my proof of purchase for that and i really don't understand why i was chased away from the Savannah store. Very bad service! and i won't go back to that store again.
