Very bad service

This morning we went through the drive true, at Kolonade. We ordered an Mega ****in meal with coffee and two med 2 cheese burger meals with a coke. Paid and then only received the drinks, then told to wait for the food. We waited more then 20 minutes to received the food. Being frustrated for waiting so long we drove off. After arriving home wanting to eat, I discovered that half of the order isn’t in the bag. I tried contacting the store but then, phone just ring with no answer. Then tried to call the head office, no surprise same thing no awnser.
