very bad service

I'm so disappointed I used to receive bad service from Mc Donald but today's service was worse than ever before, I bought New Grand Chicken meal with drink and specifically asked NO ICE but the lady named Mosima brought me drink with ice I then asked her to change it for me, then she brought me another drink with no ice but literally threw it at me, unfortunately it wasn't closed when I took it from he hands it spilled all over me, I'm very angry because I had to cancel all my business appointments for the day which means no business today due to Mc Donald bad service.<br> <br>
