Very bad experience with MCD Ermelo

This MacDonalds in Ermelo has very bad service first of all the drive thru is very slow I left 3 times while waiting for service also today I decided to go inside waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and when I ordered they only have coke and no juice or other soft drinks how can this place run like this its unacceptable here is no proper management
