Very bad attitude

On the 2nd of November we visited the Vereeniging outlet at 8 o'clock, we ordered some burgers and a happy meal for my 2 year old daughter, the staff member forgot to include the sauce and toy and when my wife went back to the counter to ask for it she was met with utter disrespect and a stinking attitude, she was snapped at and asked who helped her (the lady herself helped us) and the toy was slammed onto the counter in front of her together with the sauce, the lady sitting next to us also commented on the staff member's poor attitude. I get that these staff have to work night shifts and its not always pleasant but I don't think we were treated very well. I have to add that this was the first time we had bad service at this particular restaurant as we are frequent patrons. I hope you guys can council these staff members. Unfortunately I could not catch her name as we were leaving.
