Very angry customer

I ordered food online using mcdonalds app at14:25 with the total amount of R195 by the time I knocked off at work the food were still not delivered,but the money was deducted from my bank account....I'm very much disappointed by their service and the treatment i got.The food were supposed to be delivered between 15:10-15:25....I want my money back
