Vehicle damaged by staff - no response from head office

While eating at the Hillfox branch in June, a staff member (confirmed by the manager and other staff) was attempting to learn to ride a s****** belonging to one of the delivery guys and hit my vehicle.

I have lodged complaints numerous times and escalated to Ray at head office but I am being ignored probably in an attempt to get me to go away.
